# How is your SILAB account set up?

**The SILAB team configures your account for you.** All you need to do is send us the **map of your equipment** (your checkpoints). We import it, then send you the printed QR codes.

1. **Prepare the map of your equipment**

   Use an **Excel** file with **one row per piece of equipment**. For each one, include:

    - the building;
    - the floor;
    - the department;
    - the room;
    - the type of equipment (shower, washbasin, etc.).

2. **Send the file to the SILAB team**

   Once we receive it, our team imports your data into the platform.

3. **Place the QR codes**

   We provide **printed QR codes** for each piece of equipment. Place them close to the equipment, for example on the door frame.
